Catalog Returns
At Closeout Supply, we want you to be satisfied with our merchandise. If you are unhappy with any
product you purchased from our catalog, return it to us within 30 days.
- Returns must be received by us within 30 calendar days of customer delivery.
- Returns must be in resalable/as shipped condition.
- For all regular orders, We will refund the purchase price, less shipping and handling.
- For orders with discounts: We will refigure the original order. Returning part of an order, may result in a lower discount on the items not returned.
- Items returned due to an error on our part will be replaced or substituted (for another product of your choosing – price difference charge applies) at no additional shipping cost.
- Exchanges for products based on a customer error or preference will incur shipping costs.
- We will not pay for the item to be returned, unless specifically authorized by us. We will only pay return shipping for defective items or items sent in error.
- We will not replace or refund any items lost or damaged during returned shipping. It is recommended that the package be returned to us insured by the carrier.
- Special Orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
We require that special orders be prepaid prior to us placing the special order. Special orders may only be returned for functional defects, which must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Special order returns must be specifically approved by us.
- Closeout Items are sold "as is." We do not allow returns on closeout items.
Auction Returns Items returned for a refund are subject to a
25% restocking fee and must be in resalable condition. We will exchange defective items purchased through auction, for like
items. S&H are not refundable on auction purchases, nor will we pay return freight.
